Warranty Information

CrystaLux products are sold through authorized dealers only. As such only products purchased through an authorized dealer are eligible for warranty/repair service. You must be the original owner (with proof of purchase) in order to request warranty/repair service. Warranty coverage varies by product/category as follows:

  • XHP Series Headlight & Fog Light Kits: 2 Years from the original date of purchase/shipment date.
  • G9 Series Headlight & Fog Light Kits: 1 Year from the original date of purchase/shipment date.
  • G11 Series Headlight & Fog Light Kits: 1 Year from the original date of purchase/shipment date.
  • LED Projector Fog Lights: 1 Year from the original date of purchase/shipment date.
  • LED Replacement Bulbs & Universal Boards: 1 Year from the original date of purchase/shipment date.
  • Load Resistors: 1 Year from the original date of purchase/shipment date.
  • CANBUS Anti-Flicker Decoders/Adapters: 2 Years from the original date of purchase/shipment date.

To begin your warranty claim:

  • You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
  • Once you obtain an RMA number, the product must be shipped back to CrystaLux at the following address:

  • You must include a copy of your original receipt (proof of purchase) along with a copy of the RMA form (emailed to you upon generation of an RMA #)

CrystaLux is not responsible for any charges incurred relating to installation, repair, removal or shipping. Warranties are only valid if CrystaLux determines the product failed due to a manufacturing, material, and/or workmanship issue. CrystaLux reserves the right to repair a product if deemed an option. Your product may be replaced with a used/factory refurbished product. Other times your product may be replaced with a new product.

Warranties will be null/void if any of the following conditions are found:

  • Improper installation leading to a failed product
  • Mishandling and/or abuse of the product outside of it’s intended use
  • Unauthorized repair of the product
  • Missing product serial numbers/barcodes

The following form must be filled out/submitted prior to the return of any product.
